What Goes Into a FUMO Candle

Four ingredients. Each one chosen for a reason.

FUMO soy wax flakes on stone surface

The Wax

Soy, Beeswax, Natural Wax

Soy wax makes up 64% of the blend. Plant-based, renewable, burns clean with an even melt pool. Natural wax (24%) adds structure and throw. Beeswax (4%) slows the burn rate and carries a faint honey warmth.

No paraffin. No petroleum derivatives. Every batch is purity-tested before pouring.

FUMO fragrance oil on perfumer blotter strip

The Fragrance

Phthalate-Free, by Drom

Composed by Drom, a Frankfurt-based fragrance house. Top, heart, and base notes that unfold over the burn. 8% fragrance load for full-room presence.

Phthalate-free. Paraben-free. IFRA-compliant. No Prop 65-listed chemicals. View our Prop 65 disclosure.

FUMO FSC-certified wood wick strips on concrete

The Wick

FSC-Certified Wood

Flat ribbon-style wood from FSC-certified mills. The natural grain splits as it burns. That is the crackle. No coatings. No additives.

Wood burns cooler than cotton, which means more of the fragrance reaches the air. Trimming and care guide.
