Every FUMO candle is carefully prepared and packed by hand. Here's what to expect once you place your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Details
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS (carrier selected based on destination and package size).
- Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
- We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. PO Box delivery is available via USPS.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us at info@livefumo.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes before your order enters fulfillment (typically within 12 hours of placing your order).
Weather Advisory
Candles are sensitive to extreme temperatures. During summer months, we may include additional protective packaging or adjust shipping methods to prevent wax from softening in transit. If your candle arrives with any surface imperfections from heat exposure, please contact us. We'll make it right.
Holiday Shipping
To ensure delivery before major holidays, please order early. We will post specific cutoff dates for standard and expedited shipping as each holiday approaches.
