How to Burn
First burn: Let the wax melt to the edges. Prevents tunneling. Expect 2–3 hours.
Every burn: Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting. Burn for 2–4 hours at a time. Keep away from drafts.
When to stop: Stop when 10mm of wax remains.
After: Clean the vessel with warm water. It's yours to keep.

Returns: If your candle arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on opened candles.

When should I light it?
Each candle is assigned to an hour. ECHO takes the morning, HAZE the middle of the day, VOID the night. Light yours at its hour, and keep the pairing.
How long is a session?
Two to four hours. Let the wax pool reach the edges on the first burn. Trim the wood wick to 5mm, and snuff it when you move on.
How long does a candle last?
Approximately 50 hours with proper care. Around twenty evenings.
What kind of wax do you use?
Soy wax and beeswax, tested for purity. No paraffin, no petroleum. Every batch tested before pouring.
Are your fragrances safe?
Composed by Drom Fragrances. IFRA-compliant, phthalate-free.
What is the vessel made of?
Matte ceramic, debossed logo. Built to outlast the candle.
What is a wood wick candle?
A candle that uses a thin strip of wood instead of braided cotton as its wick. Wood wicks produce a wider flame, a more even melt pool, and a soft crackling sound. The last thing I checked was my candles. Phthalates. Synthetic chemicals. Known hormonal disruptors. That was the end of it. I built FUMO so the ritual could stay. Clean wax is the floor.
