We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and pricing. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct errors and update prices without notice. Product images are for illustration. Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our candles.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. Payment is processed at the time of order via Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Shipping and Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Product Use and Safety

Fumo candles are designed for indoor home use. Always follow the safety instructions included with your candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets. See our Candle Care page for detailed guidance. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use.

All content on livefumo.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Fumo and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fumo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
